1. Who we are
Presell AI Solutions ("Presell," "we," "us") is responsible for the personal information described in this Notice. Our address is 701 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1550, Miami, FL 33131. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@presellai.co.
This Notice applies to the Presell personalized demo, related calls, WhatsApp and email follow-up, booking experiences, and our owner-facing administration tools. It is designed for a global audience; particular rights apply only where the relevant law covers you or our processing.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated while the demo operates, and public information from a development website you submit.
- Contact and lead information, such as name, email address, telephone number, country code, language, consent choices and booking details.
- The submitted development URL and public project information, including project name, location, pricing, amenities, inventory claims, source links and generated summaries.
- Demo and communication information, including call identifiers, status, duration, transcript, recording when expressly enabled and disclosed, summaries, sentiment, qualification indicators, WhatsApp messages and relevant audio.
- Technical, security and usage information, such as IP address, browser/device data, timestamps, rate-limit events, fraud signals, provider responses and estimated service cost.
3. How we use information
We use information to build and operate the requested demo; place the call you request; personalize the agent and follow-up; respond through WhatsApp or email where you have opted in; arrange meetings; generate call analysis; secure the service; enforce limits; troubleshoot; maintain business records; improve Presell; and comply with law.
- Where required, we rely on your consent for automated calls, marketing communications, recordings and similar optional processing.
- We may process information to take steps you request before entering a business relationship, to perform an agreement, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and to meet legal obligations.
- You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already completed.
4. AI, enrichment and profiling
Presell uses automated systems to extract and summarize public website information, enrich incomplete project details, conduct or assist communications, transcribe calls, estimate sentiment, profile lead intent and produce a qualification or outcome score. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be verified before business reliance.
These demo indicators support sales teams; Presell does not use them by itself to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual. You may contact us to question or correct an output linked to you.
5. Calls and communications
Submitting the call form with the required consent requests an automated AI telephone call to the number you provide. Optional WhatsApp and email consent allows personalized demo follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Carrier or data charges may apply.
You may opt out of email through the unsubscribe mechanism, ask us to stop WhatsApp messages, or contact privacy@presellai.co. Depending on the channel, replying STOP may also be honored by the applicable provider.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and support the service, complete a transaction you request, comply with law, or protect rights. Providers may include website and security infrastructure, cloud storage and databases, AI/enrichment services, voice and telephone providers, Meta/WhatsApp, transcription and audio services, email delivery, scheduling platforms and professional advisers.
These providers process information under their own terms or our instructions, depending on the service. We may also disclose information in a corporate transaction or when legally required. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. International transfers
Presell operates from the United States and uses providers that may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.
8. Retention
We retain demo records, public-source snapshots, communications and generated analysis for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service history, analysis, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Some demo archives may be retained long term unless they are deleted or anonymized under our retention process or following a valid request. Provider copies and backups may take additional time to expire.
We evaluate retention based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the business or legal need, risk, and whether the purpose can be achieved through deletion or anonymization.
9. Security and session recording
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, signed provider callbacks, abuse prevention and restricted administration. No system is completely secure.
Behavioral session replay and rrweb browser recording are currently disabled on the public demo. If we introduce session replay or materially different analytics later, we will update this Notice and provide notice or choice where required before collecting that data.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or cancellation, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; limit particular uses; and complain to a competent authority. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception applies.
- Mexico: you may exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), revoke consent, or request limitation of use or disclosure.
- EEA and United Kingdom: applicable rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to your supervisory authority.
- California and other covered U.S. states: applicable rights may include knowing/accessing, correcting, deleting, opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limiting certain sensitive-information uses and freedom from discrimination. Presell does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
11. How to make a request
Email privacy@presellai.co with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe the right you wish to exercise. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant demo, such as the email or telephone number used. Do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate method. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable, subject to verification.
12. Cookies and local storage
We may use essential cookies or browser storage for security checks, session continuity, authentication, language, consent or operational preferences. The public demo currently does not run behavioral session replay. Third-party services you choose to open may use their own technologies under their privacy notices.
13. Children
The service is intended for business users and adults, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the demo. Contact us if you believe a child provided information.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this Notice as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change.
